NOVEL by Crescent Communities specializes in creating vibrant, modern apartment communities that foster a sense of connection and urban living. I've had the opportunity to work with NOVEL on several creative projects across their properties. My contributions include designing wayfinding signage, creating engaging elevator graphics, and crafting custom illustrations for brochures. These projects were designed to enhance the living experience and convey the unique energy of each community, all while maintaining NOVEL’s distinctive brand identity.

ELEVATOR WRAPS
For Novel RiNo, a Denver apartment where edgy meets luxury, I designed playful elevator wraps with witty messaging to engage guests at the apartment's rooftop bar, Sorry Gorgeous. These wraps were crafted to spark curiosity and guide visitors to Novel RiNo’s website, encouraging them to book a tour. A bold approach to elevate marketing, from floor to floor.

ILLUSTRATED AREA MAP
NOVEL Val Vista, a luxury apartment community in Gilbert, AZ, embodies vibrant bohemian spirit and modern living. They needed a brochure that captured both the community’s character and the city’s lively energy. I was tasked with creating an illustrated map showcasing Gilbert's top cultural and entertainment spots, bringing the essence of both the property and its surroundings to life.
